Four bedrooms are available throughout the year : a large, en-suite family room with a double and two single    beds a double en-suite room with separate sitting-room two standard single/double/twin rooms with shared    bathroom Prices are dependent on occupancy, length of stay and time of year. Accommodation Rooms are available for occupancy after 4pm (No Exceptions) We regret we are unable to accept children under 8 years of age We are also unable to accept pets Single occupancy of double en-suite rooms will attract a supplement Smoking is not permitted in the house, however the front garden is open for guests' use at all times. Please note: There is generally a minimum stay of two nights at weekends, especially at Bank Holiday times and during the summer months.

Booking & Payment A non-refundable deposit, equivalent to one night's stay, is required for all bookings. This payment may be made either by cheque or by debit/credit card. Settlement on departure may be made by cash, cheque (if supported by a guarantee card covering the full amount) or by debit/credit card.
